With a degree in architecture from UC Berkeley, Kathryn McCullough is an architectural designer with over 25 years of experience. Known for creating timeless spaces that honor a home’s story while drawing it into the present through inspired decisions that merge clients' visions with the soul of the house, Kathryn brings her warm, signature touch to masterful renovations and original ground-up construction alike.

Based on the scope and breadth of the project, KM curates a team of builders and other collaborators to meet the specific goals of each project she takes on. Her work spans the project lifecycle from conceptual design to closeout, across major renovations, additions and ground-up ADUs. Because she both designs and builds, she bring a highly informed, holistic understanding to every project, from space planning and material selections to budget and schedule. She approaches projects with both clarity of vision and a truly collaborative spirit, working closely with clients, creative collaborators, and of course, her team of craftsmen tailored to each project, to smoothly achieve a result greater than the sum of its parts. She also work with clients as an Owner’s Representative, brought on to advocate and liaise on behalf of owners throughout the lifecycle of a project.
